“Finishing Touches”
|
$200/room
Special Discount Pricing
for additional rooms |
Intended to “complete” an
existing room arrangement… using
a “designer’s eye,” the shifting
of a piece of furniture,
rearranging of accessories,
repositioning of artwork &/or
the removal of a particular
item(s) will work to bring a
room together, creating a more
“finished look.”
Should the room benefit from a
currently un-owned addition(s),
i.e., window treatment, plants,
etc., specific suggestions
(regarding purchase and
placement) will be provided.
Please
Note: If additions are
suggested, a cost-conscious
approach is taken. I have access
to a full range of resources to
identify the best finds at the
best prices.
For those interested in an
“investment” approach, access to

Facts vs.
Myths/Misconceptions…
My Personal Approach to Interior
ReDesign…
The
following presents my personal
approach to Interior ReDesign
and is also meant to clarify
misconceptions created by
entertainment television and
other such sources…
1) Cost
FACT:
My approach is to work with
clients to create an enhanced
living space at an affordable
price.
In most cases, key elements are
present; rearrangement creates
the finished look.
If additions are suggested, a
cost-conscious approach is
taken. I have access to a full
range of resources to identify
the best finds at the best
prices.
For those interested in an
“investment” approach, access to
“To The Trade” materials and
Design Centers is also
available.
2) Viewing the Process
FACT: I work
with the owners present...
A number of design-related
television programs depict
clients being “banished” from
their homes during the design
process. Owners later return to
discover their “Surprise New
Look.”
While such an approach might
produce interesting
entertainment, for me, a
client's comfort level is key.
Owners are welcome to view the
process and should they choose,
feel free to provide
additional/real time input
regarding the design.
3) Design Depictions
FACT: All
content, photos and design work
depicted are the product of my
individual work.
When viewing design websites,
please be advised that some
sites utilize stock photos
(copyright-free material,
depicting the work of another).
While such high-end photos
create an "eye-catching" site, a
viewer might be left with a
misimpression.
4) No Empty Rooms
FACT:
There’s no need to completely
empty a room to visualize
potential changes.
My goal is to minimize any
disruption. I only move what’s
necessary to complete the new
design. Doing so also minimizes
both time and cost.
As stated and practiced, my
goal is to work with clients to
create an enhanced living space
at an affordable price. I would
welcome an opportunity to
discuss how my services could
enhance your home or office.
Thank you for your interest.
